Warranty will not be processed until this form has been lodged. Our team will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions. Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery, otherwise you will be liable for all associated repair/replacement costs.
Please note: Any warranty claims with no fault found or non-warranty repairs will incur a minimum fee of $90, as well as freight recovery charges that is equal to the cost of freighting the product too and from the customer. Any product or good that is being claimed under warranty must be returned to BAINBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES prior to a remedy being actioned. It is necessary to ensure that the product is sufficiently padded and boxed before transport, failure to package adequately
may result in a rejection for pickup from the courier companies. BAINBRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES does not accept any liability for product damaged in transport due to inappropriate packaging. Warranty may be denied if the product is damaged in transport due to inappropriate packaging, as the initial fault may not be able
to be repaired as a result of damages received during transport due to inappropriate packaging. Refer to the full policy for more detail.
